Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging with tags attached.

To initiate a return:

  1. Visit poppysofatlantashop.com/returns to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the return using a trackable method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

3. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for store credit only. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following the standard return process.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item at poppysofatlantashop.com.

4. Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale merchandise (marked as such at purchase)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Form for assistance.

6. International Returns

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations.
